Madison, Wisconsin – April 20, 2023 – Daniel Management Group is thrilled to be named exclusive property and leasing manager for Heyday, developer of the first-of-its kind single-family attached rental home communities. Heyday Sun Prairie, opening late-spring 2023 will offer 170, single-level attached homes nestled within 41-acres of meaningful open spaces and walking paths.
Pre-leasing is now underway, and interested residents can preview the well-crafted rental homes featuring a mix of 1 BR/1BA to 3BR/2BA options, surrounded by walking paths to encourage community interaction.
