Whitnall Park Apartments Celebrate Grand Reopening and Ribbon Cutting
Franklin, WI —July 8, 2022 —Joining with the South Suburban Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Steve Olson of Franklin, Wisconsin; Whitnall Park Apartments announce their Grand Reopening and Ribbon Cutting on Friday, July 8.

Group answered the call by conducting extensive renovations costing $13M on Whitnall Park Apartments, an apartment community that has 480 number
of units and serves close to 1,000 residents in Franklin, Wisconsin — a suburb of Milwaukee.

ents, we focused our efforts on the value of the outdoor living spaces to making residents feel at home and want to stay in their apartment from years to come.”
The comprehensive renovation included Whitnall Park Apartments adding sought after community amenities including a playground, grilling stations and a community room that residents can use for events and gatherings. Daniel Management Group oversaw the upgrades to the property understanding the new needs and desires of local residents. As part of the construction and work, Whitnall Park upgraded the pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse office and bathrooms. Additionally, updates to the monument signage, exteriors, windows, hallways, and building entrances increased the overall warm environment for residents and guests.
The multi-million dollar renovation also included the gut rehab of roughly a third of the units including new kitchens and baths, flooring, closets, and more.
