Roger Daniel, COMPANY President

Roger Daniel is the founder and President of Daniel Management Group, Inc. Roger is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio consisting of over 1,000 units. He also oversees the sourcing and underwriting of all new property acquisitions, developments and property management assignments. 

Prior to creating Daniel Management Group, Inc., Roger held various positions in multifamily leasing, property management, acquisitions, and brokerage. Roger’s work history includes roles at The Habitat Company, Village Green Companies, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate and others.

Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin. He is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker.

Cindy Klimczyk, Director of Accounting

Cindy is the Directory of Accounting at Daniel Management Group, Inc. Cindy’s responsibilities include producing and managing financial and operating statements, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable, treasury/cash management, payroll processing, balance sheet development, debt service management, capital equity tracking, and capital expenditure tracking. Cindy maintains a close relationship with all onsite property managers providing additional training, budget development, financial management review, etc. Cindy works with the tax accountant to ensure timely and accurate tax return preparation. She also works with the auditor on annual engagements. 

Prior to arriving at Daniel Management Group, Inc., Cindy was a property accountant at AMLI Residential, an institutional property management and development firm. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University’s Quinlan School of Business.

Jodi Coplan, Human Resources Consultant

Jodi Coplan, MSIR, SPHR, SCP is a Human Resources Consultant for Daniel Management Group, Inc. Jodi is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including employee recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, development of policies and procedures, performance management, employee relations, and employee compensation and benefits.

Jodi has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years, most recently at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

Jodi holds certifications as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). She earned a Masters of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.
